Overall I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership. As a woman I have had horrible experiences in the past with car maintenance and buying. Clayton Lajaunie was so great to deal with. He was courteous, respectful, and always followed up when he said he would. Clayton is the reason I chose Austin Subaru. I would recommend to any of my friends who are interested in a Subaru to go to Clayton. My financing experience was easy and direct. I loved how transparent this dealership was with all the finances. There were no surprises and everything was laid out in an easy to read and understand format. Austin did a good job explaining my options to me. Overall, these guys are fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to any woman wanting to buy a car and be treated in a respectful manner. More

Great dealership, everybody extremely friendly and courteous but I have to say that the best of all is Jade Baumgardner.She’s the most knowledgeable salesperson I’ve met, extremely professional who wo courteous but I have to say that the best of all is Jade Baumgardner.She’s the most knowledgeable salesperson I’ve met, extremely professional who would go above and beyond to make our experience one of a kind. Besides signing the papers we did not have to lift a finger and she had everything prepared by the time we got to the dealership to get our car. Everybody knows that getting a new car is a whole ordeal and lots of stress and somehow, Jade made everything stress free for us. She accommodated to our busy schedule, she stayed over her schedule just to ensure we leave happy with our choice and not a single time she pushed us to make a rushed decision or to pick something that we were not sure about it. We’ll definitely come back to this place over and over again. More

Our 2016 Crosstrek developed a serious problem, likely a manufacturer defect, which would have cost us over $3000 to repair. Our service manager, Deion, suggested we contact Subaru of America, which we did; manufacturer defect, which would have cost us over $3000 to repair. Our service manager, Deion, suggested we contact Subaru of America, which we did; they then contacted him for details. Ultimately Subaru of America sent out their own engineers to conduct multiple tests on the car and ended up covering the entire cost, thanks to Deion repeatedly stressing that all the issues stemmed from the original defect, even though the car was out of warranty. Deion kept us updated at every step of what was a really long process (car was there for two weeks). The only complaint I have is the lack of loaner vehicles; it was kind of a pain for both of us to get to work with only one car between the two of us. But ultimately we were really delighted with how it all worked out! More
