This was my 60K mile service visit, so I knew in advance the estimated cost. I was given a $1400 quote to replace my keys (! ), this included $800 to switch out the locks. I declined to have the locks switched because the $1400 for new keys seemed absolute insane to me. They still found a way to charge me $1311, even without the lock replacement! It also took them nearly two weeks to get the job done and they didn't have a replacement car available. Pretty terrible all around. More
