This review had originally started out as a negative review, because I was having problems with one of the service reps at Audi Wynnewood, but I have to say that Mike, the service manager, stepped in, a review, because I was having problems with one of the service reps at Audi Wynnewood, but I have to say that Mike, the service manager, stepped in, and made what was becoming an unpleasant situation, a positive one. The transmission on my car had been acting up since my 5k service, and the first attempt to repair it made it worse. I was going to have to wait a week before they could work on it again, and I didn't totally agree with the game plan, or some people's thoughts as to what caused the issue. Once Mike, I, and the service tech who'd be working on my car, Scott, chatted, a game plan was laid-out that I agreed with, and had confidence in. My car was worked on a week sooner than expected, and the problem was resolved in one day. Overall, I think the team at Audi Wynnewood is fantastic, and while this situation started out poorly, it was resolved to my utmost satisfaction, and I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone. More
