The main reason for my visit was for a 26,000 mile service, but there was one other more time consuming issue. The Springs that held my moonroof sliding panel had come off and it required getting new service, but there was one other more time consuming issue. I was given a loaner ( a very peppy A4!) The service was done, and the moonroof fixed within a day. I enjoyed having the loaner to drive, and I appreciated Brandon's concern and attention to keeping me informed about the timing. Audi of Wynnewood is very close to my home, and my first reason for going there is convenience. However, after having gone for various visits in the time I've owned the car, the wonderful attention to service, and the overall excellence of the staff will ensure that I remain a devoted customer.
