I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and they do have the largest inventory in the bay area. I have been looking everywhere else and I was very impressed with their inventory. I cant wait w they do have the largest inventory in the bay area. I have been looking everywhere else and I was very impressed with their inventory. I cant wait wait for my next purchase.. I love my Q7, bought it instead of Q5 due to the size but both equally beautiful SUVs ...I think my next car will be the A4 or A6.. Saw and tested the new A8..what a luxury! I highly recommended. I went to the dealership this Saturday with every intent to try out buy an A4 within a week. I showed up there and hung around for >10 minutes, then finally asked someone to help me. I get told, talk to thi to try out buy an A4 within a week. I showed up there and hung around for >10 minutes, then finally asked someone to help me. I get told, talk to this Bruce guy who was taking a smoke. Asked him if he could help and instead of jumping on the chance he asks me who told me to go talk to him. No greeting, no smile, just a frack of a guy who is pissed off with the world. Grudgingly takes my license, summons me inside the dealership and asks me to identify the guy who sent me his way. We finally stumble upon Frank Garcia - the person who had redirected me. And then Bruce and Frank get into a passive aggressive spat. The most bizarre experience I've had. Finally couldn't take it any more and left feeling part bemused part angry for having wasted my time with these clowns. Just to compare the experience, I went across the street to the check out a Lexus and the contrast of customer service made me realize how pitiful Audi Stevens Creek their service is. My suggestion to the dealer - Fire Bruce's xxx, NOW! More
I purchased a new A4 (VIN WAUDF78E27A185436) from this dealership in 2007. Last December I received a notice from Audi of America about an upcoming voluntary emissions service action 28F2/J1 ignition coi dealership in 2007. Last December I received a notice from Audi of America about an upcoming voluntary emissions service action 28F2/J1 ignition coil inspection/replacement. So I went on-line on, described in detail the recall service action and made an appointment with the service department at this dealership. I showed up promptly on the day of the appointment only to find out from the service advisor Dave? (BTW the service advisors DON'T COME OUT TO GREET YOU), that I had made a mistake and should have waited for an official campaign notification letter from Audi before scheduling my appointment. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated because I wasted 45 minutes of travel, took time off from work and wasted gas. I made a suggestion about their on line appointment program and have yet to hear anything back from the dealership. I would not buy or service my car at this dealership in the future. More
I have been living in the bay area for years and so far I have not met a person or friend who would say good thing about this dealership, especially the Stevens Creek Audi. I normally would not want to spend time to write reviews since I don't think that my experience are noticeable important to write about. But from basic communication with this salesman Ramon Maciel from Stevens Creek Audi,I would consider it to be one of the worse. After, searching for the potential car I wanted to buy (a black A3 TDI no options) I then input my info in Audi website to request for a quotation, and here is the replied email I received from him and I have never met him before. ---------------------------------------------------------- "As I told you before the A3 TDI will be available later this year. There isn't any equipped the way you want. Wou will have to special order.... Ramon Maciel Internet and Fleet Manager " ----------------------------------------------------------- This guy is tired of being a salesman, what's up with basic courtesy, for a potential customer. There is no Hi, Hello, thank you for interested in purchasing our car, he sounded like he does not want me to buy a car from him. If I am not mistaken that we (the customers) are the reasons why he still have his job. I could not imaging the services that I would received from him after I purchase the car. BTW, Stevens Creek Porsche are much better in customer service (both dealerships belong to the same corp). More
Worst experience ever. I will never never never go back there again. These people are very nice when they are wooing you for your money. Once they have your money, watch out and get ready to be screwed. Before you read on further, the summary of the story below is: I wasted 4 days, 700+miles and waiting 3 months to be compensated for the cost of something they could have avoided if they did it right in the first place. I bought an Audi S4 from them. And purchased Cleararmor and lojack at the same time. Made an appointment with them for installation that next Tuesday at 9am. I took a day off work and drove 1hr got there sharp at 9am. They forgot my appointment. They then made another one for the coming Friday. I wasted 5hrs plus 100miles. Friday comes, I am there at 9am sharp. They did lojack and cleararmor. I pick up my car at 5pm, noticed right on their lot tons of scratches where cleararmor is laid. Show 3 of their customer service people, they all agreed it is the worst job they have seem. Told me the Cleararmor owner will call me personally Monday. That Sat, I took pictures of all the scratches an sent to Stevens Creek Audi. Come Monday, no calls. I emailed the service Advisor Tuesday morning, no calls. I called the service Advisor, they say someone will get back to me. Waited until Thursday, no calls. Friday morning, I called their boss. They want me to contact Cleararmor!!! I paid Steven Creek Audi for the service not their vendor. At that point, I just want my car fixed. Contacted ClearArmor, they said they will fix the damages and redo my car. I have to go to them, they are 1:30hrs away. Went there 9am the next Thursday. Showed them all the scratchs, I also noticed their are cut marks on my paint where the film ends. They basically use my car as a template. They fixed most of the visible stuff. Another day and 200miles wasted. After I went home, I noticed a lot more new tiny scratches under the film.xxx!!!! I called Audi of American, sent them my email communication trails. Stevens Creek boss called me, asked me to come in. Another day wasted and 100 miles. When I met him, he haggled me and tried to talk me into not taking my money back. Here is one of the things he said "even if I give you a refund now, you already made up your mind about my business' reputation and you already told every Audi forum not to come, what would I gain from giving money" I refused to give in and specified, I will take this up to the CEO of Audi if I do not get a refund. I got my refund for the cleararmor at the end but did not get compensated for 4 lost days of work and 700 miles of driving. More
Wow, what a great buying experience at Stevens Creek Porsche. I bought a 911, and they gave me the best deal in the bay area, and I shopped them all. He MODEL: A6 3.2 QUATTRO PURCHASE DATE: FEBRUARY 13TH 2007 I was referred to Stevens Creek Audi by my friend Norman who purchased an S4 from them. He had a very good experience with Enrique in Sales so I thought I'd see what kind of deal I can get working with him. I purchased an A6 Sedan 3.2 Quattro and the experience was superb! I felt Enrique’s sales approach was soft and his product knowledge was top-notch! I didn’t purchase my car the first time I visited either. Enrique’s follow-up was professional and no-pressure so I was happy to return and make the deal. Stevens Creek Audi beat several prices I had from the internet and other local dealers Carlsen and Rector. They also had the car in-stock. In fact, the other dealers were giving me lease numbers on a car that Stevens Creek Audi had in-stock, so I cut out the middleman. They didn’t seem to be as professional either, as I didn’t get a return call from one of them. I suggest that anyone who is considering an Audi visit Stevens Creek Audi and give them a chance. They might impress you like they did me. More

Imagine the feeling being drawn over and under the table at the same time. I mean their service is great but their sales guys are the worst crooks on the planet. I ended up with a new car I didnt want, got a crappy price for my old one. This was a good pressure sale. Should I get into a situation like this again I am sure I will snap. Not sure how to complain to Audi USA about this business style. Go there for service and stay away from their sales. More
I took my car for a full diagnostic because most of the lights on the dashboard of my car were on. After like 6 hrs of my car being in service, I got a call telling me what I already new, my car has a low lights on the dashboard of my car were on. After like 6 hrs of my car being in service, I got a call telling me what I already new, my car has a low oil pressure problem. Out of 7 problems that I had with my car, I only got a obvious conclusion to one. I got my car back, after they told me I had to have my engine replaced, but they couldn't have a reason of why I had to replace my engine. Also, they diagnosted that their system couldn't communicate with my car and they had no idea why. I took my car to an independant mechanic, he aware me of ALL the problems with my car, was able to communicate with my system and told me what was blocking the communication with the computer, something that AUDI wasn't able to diagnost. On top of that, he said there's nothing wrong with the engine and the dealer was only trying to reap me off. Stevens Creek is a incompetent dealership and should go OUT OF BUSINESS!! More
