I've not own=ed a Audi for awhile, but I just purchased an A7 (used 2013) and one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle from Audi Stevens Creek (ASC) was based on my great experiences, in I just purchased an A7 (used 2013) and one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle from Audi Stevens Creek (ASC) was based on my great experiences, in the past, with the service department. I expect that to continue when I bring the A7 into ASC for services and/or repairs. I was simply curious what others might have experienced so I came here and... was really surprised at the number of negative - sometimes super negative - reviews. I encourage anyone reading these reviews to first find out for yourself vs. rushing to this dealership based on the positive reviews, like mine, OR running the other direction based on the negative ones. Screwed up Q5 detailing twice Brought in my Q5 for a recall on airbags and a few other warrantee. While it was in the shop, I paid them $200.00 for a bumper to bumper detail. The Brought in my Q5 for a recall on airbags and a few other warrantee. While it was in the shop, I paid them $200.00 for a bumper to bumper detail. The first time picked it up I rejected it as the job was done horribly! They took it back a second time to redo it and screwed it up again! Seeing as they had to admit that they could not do a quality job, they offered to refund my money. I am trying to take them up on their offer and conveniently, the cashier went off to speak to 3 different people and no one can authorize this refund. Very, very disappointing that an Audi dealer with their own detail shop cannot do a quality job on their own vehicle. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DONT FILL OUT THE SURVEY IF ITS BAD My personal experience with this dealership First time looking into getting a car back in Jan 2016, the sales department won’t help you if you don’ My personal experience with this dealership First time looking into getting a car back in Jan 2016, the sales department won’t help you if you don’t dress like you have money. So I got my car at LA, delivered free from Mckenna Audi which was good since they are in LA. SERVICE DEPARTMENT (THE MAIN REVIEW) My oil change the first year was ok. nothing to say here So i had an increasing concern on the 2016 AUDI A6 2.0T i had leased. The gas pedal first had been making noise but it wasn’t making noise or they did not hear it when i got my oil change. I then forgot about it but noticed i can duplicate it. I then scheduled my service, only available was on the 1/31/17. I came about 25-30 minutes late or less, i was greeted by the people in front and took down info quickly. The problem now was when the man was going to the ADVISER VIN PENUGONDE, he was stopped a few feet with a hand gesture NO. I understand he was with a costumer but at-least let me know to wait for him. Now, the man that was helping me went to a few OTHER advisers to help me and a 1-2 of them SAID NO. They were not with any customers. I then had to wait a few minutes to get helped. I stood there just waiting... no one wanting to help me. After, a man named Igory (i might have misspelled his name) helped me out. HE WAS QUICK, and easy to talk to. He was able to call a Foreman or mechanic right away. which did not EVEN TAKE TOOO LONG. But the others did not care. So i waited for the foreman for a long time which is ok.. i guess he was busy but that guy VIN. NEVER EVER HELPED ME OUT. HE LOOKED AT ME SEVERAL TIMES. not even saying hello or anything. MY PAPER STILL SAYS HIS NAME as my adviser. The mechanic showed up after waiting a long time, I told him my concern and just Him we went to go drive the car. He heard the noise and he drove it. He was unsure what that noise was until we drove another car making the same noise. I wonder why they dont know the ABS system resets like that.. its really dumb for a prem car to make noises or clicks from the ABS system all the time. But for AUDI its normal. Some it doesn’t bother but me it does. It happens every time i drive the car. The 2nd issue was the brake pedal making noise. At the time of driving the car and another car, both did NOT MAKE any noise AT ALL. So they took the car in for a recalled part on the car. LATER ON that day, i got no call so i wonder what happened. I called the service department trying to speak to VIN, I had called him several times but he did NOT RESPOND OR CALL ME BACK. So after several calls upset, i spoke with a WOMEN and she said the car is ready. I had asked her why wasn’t I called? or even called for the update what they found or not found. SO, she made me wait and explained that the recalled part was done. So i got the car back and read the report and it says there nothing was done in regards to my COMPLAINTS. My main concern was the brake pedal since the gas pedal is normal they claim. After being very furious and talking to others about it, the SERVICE MANAGER DAREN FERGUSEN the SERVICE MANAGER called me to apologize and if he can help improve my experience. I told him he can’t but rescheduled for them to check the car out the following Monday 2/6/17 When i got there, i didn’t wait that long to speak with Daren which was great. he was doing good... In a faster time we got him and another Foreman to check the car out. So three of us test drove the car and confirming the gas pedal was from the ABS PURGE or ABS SYSTEM RESETTING. and i wasn’t worried too much about that but afterwards we confirmed the brake pedal noise. They did not say anything else in regards what that noise could have been. A few hours later Daren called me up saying that they test drove ONE similar car… (YES, ONE SIMILAR CAR) and confirmed it to be normal. He said on the phone, my car was louder than others. I asked him what others? I got three loaner cars from AUDI and all three did not have this problem, with the BRAKE PEDAL. HE then told me there just going to lubricate it so it was be less noise. I told them that did not fix the problem and what happens when that lube runs out or dries out…He then told me that there is NOTHING he can do NOR can the service department FIX. The brakes are expected to MAKE THAT NOISE. I got the car next day and continued with the noise, I called the retention center trying to get this thing repurchased. I called Daren up just to inform him my plans which he understands and apologizes that nothing can be done. So today 2/9/17 The brake pedal is making the click noises when pressing slightly and if you double press it does it again. I went ahead and tried to inform Daren and left him a message. After he called me back and I told him about it and it was just letting him know and if the noise got worst I have to go back. On the phone with him he started quoting me on my SURVEY, USING EXACT WORDS. Yelling at me for a SURVERY I wrote on the dealership. I asked him what happens if the noise gets to loud or worst he said we have to discuss it first (ARENT WE DISCUSSING IT NOW?!!) He basically told me not to come back since I voiced my opinion. I called the dealership in hopes to speak to a customer relations person in the building. I told several employees to NOT TRANSFER ME to the service department but ended up being transferred there (WOW) I WAS TRANSFERRED TO VIN, out of all people I was transferred to a man that did NOT HELP ME THE FIRS TIME. I had requested to speak to someone else but this man wouldn’t transfer me. He said he was the manager and he was the right person to talk to. THIS MAN HAS HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS. He gave me sooo much attitude and sarcasm. I told him what he did and his response was (WOW… REALLY? WOW.. GOOOD NEWS!! Theres other dealerships. WE HAVE 12 OTHERS in the BAY AREA) NO xxxx I know that. I told him I was calling in regards to a complain I had with the MANAGER. He said WHICH MANAGER THERES ONLY two ME and Daren. I told him if was talking to you then WHO ELSE CAN IT BE? After telling him my complaint, he continues with his SARCASM AND ARROGANT responses. He then told me to WAIT and put me on HOLD. The phone was picked up by DAREN on speaker with VIN, I told DAREN how I did not like that fact he quoted my on my survey and started giving me crap about it. He also told me that xxxxxxxx about 12 other dealership. I told them they did the service so they are responsible. I told him I called him just FOR A UPDATE on THE CAR and getting yelled and punished for a survey I wrote that I thought was confidential made me very upset. He kept saying HE TOOK it PERSONAL, the survey wasn’t about him, it was the dealership. MY RESPECT TO DAREN HAS VANSIHED. THIS MAN DOES NOT CARE. THEY EVEN SAID THEY DID NOT WANT TO TALK TO ME. He then continued about the survey and why he was yelling at me for it. HE also said GO AHEAD talk to the Audi and tell them about it, THEY CAN SEE YOUR SURVEY! ALL IN ALL SERVICE SUCKS HERE!! HERES CAPS!! CAPPS CAPPS CAPPS. As VIN SAID CAPPS = INTERNET YELLING. CAPS CAPS CAPS More
Service center customer service doesn't care for customers The service department of the Audi Stevens creek location really need to wake up and understand that if they don't care for their customers they will The service department of the Audi Stevens creek location really need to wake up and understand that if they don't care for their customers they will eventually lose their trust and loyalty. And this is based on atleast 3 interactions with their service Dept CS (managed by Daren Ferguson) - the lady who picked up his line is least bothered about being supportive and helpful and said that go ahead and complain all you want about whatever you wish to. Really sorry state of affairs that will eventually lead to a lot of negativity and potentially loss of customers, given that the customer is paying hefty amounts for the car. More

Bait and switch Thought these were good guys but they did a bait and switch on financial institutions. The finance manager could not answer why his employee did this. Thought these were good guys but they did a bait and switch on financial institutions. The finance manager could not answer why his employee did this. All he could say was "Why does it matter it is the same rate." A typical response from someone who has done this too long. IT matters because it is called INTEGRITY. Do what you say; say what you do. The dealer showroom looks like an old IHOP but hey it doesn't matter because price is all that matters according to them. The maintenance people never have loaner cars and are so booked..so that is why for 11 years I have been going to Hector at Audi Burlingame for service. At the end of the day these guys are "scammers" and game players. I wouldn't go there. Do yourself a favor. Look at the suggested retail price of the vehicle without ANY dealer mark up and subtract 7% to get dealer invoice. Find someone who will sell it at that. Don't take an malarkey like : "Oh that's below my cost." Play hardball. Word to the wise: if you finance here make sure you get the finance person to put in writing who it is with. BTW don't ever buy any other things they offer you except the Audi Care. The tire protection is a crock because it doesn't cover the tire or rim if you are driving thru construction and bend it on a steel plate. Read the fine print. The 737 aircraft coating is a rip off because it costs so little and you are charged a ginormous mark up. If you want an extended warranty ( not recommended) buy from your insurance agent He/she will take care of you because you will be with them for years A deal at a dealer is once every .xxx...years and they are there to "fleece you". Live and learn. Stay strong. Also how truthful does Scott Keough the CEO think the dealer surveys are when the sales manager Enrique Villa sends you a coaching email ( I still have it) that says please give us all 10's or 11's because that is what we get paid on? What a game! More
worst experience ever This is the worst place ever you can get service at .. It's a rip off, Vin penugonde the manager tried to make me pay $90 for a nail in my rare tire. This is the worst place ever you can get service at .. It's a rip off, Vin penugonde the manager tried to make me pay $90 for a nail in my rare tire. I took the car to American tires and there was no nail in any of the four tires, it was the sensors that needed a replacement. Last year I changed my breaks and paid $1,780 and In less than a year I have the break pad sign on again. When I went there to Get it replaced they asked again for $1,780 and told me that they can do nothing about it. I made only 13,000 mile on the new break pads. They were rude and they were trying to make me believe that my Q7 as it is a big car, I need to change the break pads every year twice at least. This place is a rip off, I thought of selling my car as I don't want to deal with these greedy horrible people who take advantage of their customers. I don't recommend going to this place for service because simply they can't give a proper diagnostic and they will rip you off, and if you try to complain, you will get nothing . More

Fraud - False Advertising - Scandalous I called in advance and drove almost 3 hours to go see a specific car that I wanted and was ready to buy on the spot. The salesman over the phone tol I called in advance and drove almost 3 hours to go see a specific car that I wanted and was ready to buy on the spot. The salesman over the phone told me that the car was there, that the car was as advertised and in good shape, clean title, no damage and ready to go. The advertisement said that it has an extended 6yr/100k warranty. Well when i got there, i wandered around the lot for a good 20 minutes and was never approached... I don't mind that actually when it comes to buying cars... and i could not find the car. So I walked inside and asked the receptionist if the car was still available, yes receptionist... This place was really nice, seemingly a classy dealership. She did not know and so then called up a sales person. So the gentleman comes up and offers to help, asking if i had been speaking to another sales person already... whatever. Well we finally walk all over the lot and find that the car was in the back, and he said that a couple had been looking at it and they were cleaning it up or something after the test drive. So we walk to the back and as we approached the car, i immediately noticed that the hood color was a bit off. The car was a 2011 Audi A4 with only 30,522 miles. and with a clean title, and raving remarks on the ad, I expected the paint to be nice. I immediately asked about the warranty and the sales person told me that it had the standard 4yr/50k warranty, and pointed it out on the window sticker... He then proceeded to tell me that he would go in and get the keys and the purchase date. I began to thoroughly inspect the car, as did my girlfriend and we both almost immediately suspected that this car had been wrecked. She found marks all over it and the front left fender didn't quite match up to the bumper and hood the way you would expect a clean car to do... then I found some other similar faults on the other side. As the salesman returned, I asked him again if it was a clean title and if the car had and damage and he said the car was clean... So I asked him to pop the hood and almost immediately after i opened it and noticed paint spray over, the salesman's disposition changed. He then proceeded to open the drivers side door and quickly started "finding" flaws himself, like he was discovering them for the first time, yet he knew exactly where to look and point out the spray over from the repainting... And I asked him again if the car had a clean title, and pointed out that this was in more than just a small fender bender with spray-over on the left front fender, right front fender, engine block, and inside the doors... This car may have been a salvaged title car and not near worth the $21,000 it was listed for. And i told the salesman that it wasn't worth what they were asking and he said something like, "well that's the price." They clearly tried to scam me. I drove almost 3 hours, and I really couldn't believe that this beautiful dealership would be so low as to not ever offer an apology for the misguided advertisement and salesperson that played the part. The advertisement for the car is still up on some websites: This is the vin: WAUAFAFLXBN038039 More
Update on my below review Daren Ferguson, service manager at Audi Stevens Creek, and I eventually connected - later in the day on which I wrote the below review, in fact. W Daren Ferguson, service manager at Audi Stevens Creek, and I eventually connected - later in the day on which I wrote the below review, in fact. What I have to say about the service I received from Daren (and his service team) from then on, is only good. In fact it's great. Having persuaded me to return to Audi Stevens Creek the following day to try and make amends, Daren went out of his way to be extremely kind and helpful. He apologised for not being able to get hold of me sooner, had the dent in my car fixed so I can no longer see it (yay!) *and* also had fixed up various other scratches in the area around it, and gave me some money off my 75,000mile service to make up for the mistake over the oil. It was a good outcome. They did a great job and I was really pleased. More
