I had an excellent experience dealing with Mahdi Kabbani from the moment I made email contact with the dealership. He was kind, professional and & patient walking me through every aspect of what I was to e from the moment I made email contact with the dealership. I asked him if my son who lives in the area could come and look at the car and give it a test drive before I made the decision to buy a car sight unseen. He was very agreeable to my request, and made arrangements with my son for the next day to come by. After I filled out a few online papers my son came down, drove the car and recommended I purchase it. From that point on Mahdi walk me through all the details of wiring money, orchestrating a zoom call with the finance department and finally making arrangements to have the documents (which were impeccably highlighted so as nothing was left to chance) overnighted to my house, and a locally assigned notary come to my house to witness the signing.
