This is not the first time as you always have technical issues. Fine we understand it takes time to solve but not sure if WiFi can be included. Almost every employee knows the WiFi inconsistency or even disconnection at guest lounge so I had a difficult time to log in to my work account as I did not require a loaner or shuttle and I regret not doing so. Or at least the WiFi issue can be announced ahead of appointment. After three-hour wait only partial service was done as one of the parts for recall needs to be backordered. What! You guys called to reschedule and I showed up at the time you preferred and you’re still not ready. This is not what luxury car service should present. Totally not. More

Horrible scheduling experience, poorly prepared Miserable service scheduling experience. I am long time Audi owner and it seems to get worse every time I have to bring the car in for service. The service itself performed is always fine, but scheduling is a mess. This time the supposed parts for recall were not ordered in advance and then delay is shipment resulted in 2 weeks of service for something that takes less than 1 day to complete. More
