I went in to buy a 2020 Q3, and onc My experience shows how consistently terrible the service is overall from the GM, John, and sales person, Victor. I went in to buy a 2020 Q3, and once the deal and financing went through, I was told that the car was coming from a dealership in Sacramento, which would arrive the next day, and that they would call me when the car arrived. The next day, after not hearing back by 3:30pm, I contacted Victor, and he said that the car had not arrived, to keep waiting until the next day. I asked that they track to car to see whether it had left the dealership yet, but he said he could not track it. On the third day, by 3:30pm again, I asked if the car had arrived, and again, the delay and run-around of not telling me where the car was. On the fourth day, I asked again that they let me know the status of the car, and after threatening to cancel my purchase, they finally tell me that the car was not coming from a dealership, that it was coming from the Port- they had known this since the second day I had asked them. I spoke to John, the GM, and he was condescending and not apologetic about the run-around. After he said that he would "over-communicate" with me regarding my car status, they proceeded to not contact me for the next 3 days, until finally the car arrived, 1 week after the promised date. I clearly let them know that I would be picking up the car the next day at 10:00am, and that they had 1 whole day to prep the car for me to drive off the lot (the car had arrived at 8:30am the day before I planned to pick up the car). I arrive at the dealership around 10:15am, and was told that the car was not ready, and that I would have to wait another 1.5 hours until it was ready. I demanded to speak to the GM, after this whole horrendous experience, yet he did not make himself available. After waiting for another hour for my car to be ready, I inspect the car, and then saw a few scratches on the driver-side door. Only after I demanded that they buff the scratches out did they take it back to get that done, after being told that I could take to an outside body shop to get the scratches fixed and bill them! I had not even touched the car. I again demanded to speak to the GM, Jon, nd after another 20 minutes of waiting, he finally comes out and proceeds to try to convince me that he will try to make up for my experience at his dealership. Fast forward to 1 week later, after I had left a message 3 days ago on the GM's phone, and contacting Victor on his cell phone, I get no call back. They are so fake, promising to make it up to me due to my terrible experience, and yet no follow up. I have texts to document this whole experience. The only person that was helpful was the finance guy, Tony! I can say that the only consistency in this whole experience is being ignored and written-off by all after they closed the sale. That is all they care about-selling a car. They do not care about providing good service- and go as far as ignoring the bad service that they provided. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will not be taking my business back to them since clearly they do not care about their customers. More

Scheduling with Audi Palo Alto is a pain I first scheduled an early morning appointment noting the reason for the visit (emissions recall) and my need for a loaner car. After my on-time arri I first scheduled an early morning appointment noting the reason for the visit (emissions recall) and my need for a loaner car. After my on-time arrival (I was #2 in the driveway) I waited 25 minutes for a service advisor. I then learned that he needed to order parts and had no loaner car. He said he would call when parts arrived. I received no call for more than a week. The receptionist said she would email a message to my service advisor....still no return call. I insisted on speaking with the service coordinator who told me my service advisor was no longer employed by Audi Palo Alto! He confirmed that the parts were now on hand but could not schedule me in until the following month! When I arrived for the new appointment John Su quickly confirmed the parts were on hand, got me set up with a loaner and On my way. He was easy to communicate with and got the work done efficiently. The routine service was pretty expensive though. I think the whole call center system should be overhauled or scrapped....it is completely out of sync with your service capacity. John Su saves the day though. More

Sensor recalibration I had to replace my windshield and Safelite could not recalibrate my S5 sensors. John Su and the service staff at Audi Palo Alto took care of it I had to replace my windshield and Safelite could not recalibrate my S5 sensors.
