While it took some time to diagnose, both Benny and Paul Moller (service engineer) promptly returned my calls and gave me updates on the repair. I’m thrilled that the service department has come together. I look forward to using Audi of Palo Alto for any service. More

This place has changed! In a very very right direction. Last time I was there, it was terrible, so bad that I went on Google map and left a bad review.
