My car was completed on time. On the challenging side, dealership should not be in the tire business. I was told needed new front tires. Not sure which tool was being used to check for tread wear. But, it was way off, after visiting the tire store which my tires were purchased. This was unfortunate. Last time, the dealership told me I needed tires. They were correct. Who looked at the tires? I came to the service dept to repair my glass, which was broken by vandals in SF. The service did a very good job fixing it. The itemized bill included $113.70 for a diagnostic fee. When I contacted the service dept. he said it was a mistake, and should be detail dept charge to clean up glass. However, the insurance company did not reimburse this amount. More

I have leased/owned BMW 7 series for more than 25 years. Stopped in to check out the Q8 because I was interested in moving to an SUV. Drew is an awesome guy. He is a super knowledgeable car guy. I did not get the car wash service that is part of the markup for service fees. I was told my car did not start, but it worked fine.
