I spent $50 on Uber to get there only to hear the car was sold a week ago (days before I got confirmation of its availability). Bruce, their used car manager, refused to reimburse me for my Uber ride. I escalated this to Jon Bittrolff, their General Manager, via email but never heard any replies. Avoid these unprofessionals.
