MMI System failure I have a problem with the MMI system, which will not work if it is cold out, but will work when it is warm. The problem was identified as the Navigat I have a problem with the MMI system, which will not work if it is cold out, but will work when it is warm. The problem was identified as the Navigations DVD player - when one component of the MMI won’t work, the system crashes. So no radio, etc. The cost of replacing the Navigation DVD (in a 12 year old vehicle) was too much for me, but my service tech tried several work around which I appreciated. It is possible the unit can be repaired by a 3rd party vendor, which I am exploring. Although I chose not to have the problem fixed, I did appreciate the hard work shown by the service team to identify the problem More
