Audi of Palo Alto has shown to provide excellent service on the vehicle I purchased from them 15 months ago. They have kept in touch about a small recall that needed to be done. I was putting it off until my 12 month because I live almost 2 hours away. The service advisor, Quan, has been very helpful and responsive about getting the service and the recall work done. He sent a driver, Alex, to pick up my car, return to the dealership, do the work and return the car the next day. They left a loaner for me if needed. Both Quan and Alex couldn't have been nicer and more professional. All in all a great experience. Thanks audi of Palo Alto! More

Audi Palo Alto was great to work with. When we walked in, we knew exactly what we wanted. They didn’t have exactly that, but they happily ordered it for us. I live in SF, so I first checked to see if they would offer a similar service - they did not. Audi PA arrived exactly as scheduled (important as I have back-to-back meetings during the day). The service was completed as scheduled, and the car detailed perfectly. The advisor reviewed my history, informed me that the service I thought I needed had previously been completed; he then identified the service I needed but reminded me that I had the service paid for by a program I'd enrolled when I purchased the vehicle.
