John made the experience painless and the service was completed quickly. John arranged for a Lyft to drop me off at work and return me to the dealer when my car was done. Super cool! The waiting area was fully stocked with snacks and drinks and had a large TV so I wouldn't mind waiting here. Every staff member I interacted with smiled, greeted me and made me feel very welcome. I also own a BMW 328D and wish the I had the same experience with the BMW dealer in Mountain View! More
