Polite and efficient I typically go to Audi Stevens Creek for service needs/issues. There, it's typically crowded (not their fault, I understand) and reps are overworked. At Audi Palo Alto, I'm sure the reps are also overworked, but the difference is that it really didn't show. Sergio was polite, very efficient, and above all professional. The work was done the same day as he predicted and done right the first time (unfortunately more than I can say for Stevens Creek). More

I think Audi tried to inappropriately recommend what should have been an optional service repair to make it appear mandatory and steal an extra $1000 from me. John was personally wonderful to work with. He was both pleasant and responsive even when I voiced my displeasure with the service technician's estimate of >$1400 to get a tail light to work. My issue is with the training and filtering of your service staff's desire to make money. If the tech was trained to do this upsale by management, I have a problem with management. If he did this on his own, he delivers poor customer service in advising his customers. I could clearly look at the parts that he wanted to replace and knew they did not need to be replaced. The "corrosion" he pointed out was incredibly minor and I knew the part would still form an acceptable electrical connection. I feel bad for other customers that lack my ability to judge electrical connections who get easily conned by your staff. The experience strongly tilts me away from ever buying another Audi at your location. This repair should have cost $200, not close to $500, and certainly not close to $1500. Your team should be embarrassed. More
