He kept me posted on his searches and then he found the car in Reno and had it shipped. Met me the evening of pick-up. Luan was fabulous -- he gave a great instructional course on how the Audi Q5 works -- extremely organized -- made the complicated very simple and straight forward. Gino facilitated the administrative portion of the transaction. Extremely organized -- had all the paper work queued up and I was out of there in no more than an hour plus. These guys are GREAT!!!! I applaud Audi of Palo Alto and this great team! More

Offered me a good deal on trade in. The final paperwork took 3 not 2 hours, and some of that could have been anticipated with prep notices about deciding whose name(s) title will be in, requesting credit check holds lifted in advance, specifying whose signatures will be needed live if car being traded in is under a different name, etc. It a great dealer and easy process/ More
