My car was ready at the time that it’s was promised I’m given a 5 stars because my car was only supposed to scheduled for 20K maintenance but turned out that there are a few recalls that needed as well. Mislead and treated poorly. I took my vehicle for new tire instal. I picked my tires online because they were available but when I arrived they were not. I arrived on Friday and I took my vehicle for new tire instal. I picked my tires online because they were available but when I arrived they were not. I arrived on Friday and was told it would be done on Monday. I called on Monday and was told it would be done on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and was told i would revive a call. Three hours later no return call, I called back and advised I had to leave for vacation in and hour or so and I did not get a call back on the status of my vehicle. I decided to drive and demand where my vehicle was. Service person related it was almost done and on its way because the alignment machine was at a different dealership. Then after an hour they made a mistake and it was not my car that was getting done. They realized they screwed up and didn’t even do my alignment and did not wash it as they said they would. I did not appreciate that they did not return my phone calls when they said they would. I don’t think it takes 3 days just to put new tires on. More
