Very disappointing! The staff were nice and professional but the experience was terrible. It made me rethink buying an Audi. First the service was unbelievably expensive The staff were nice and professional but the experience was terrible. It made me rethink buying an Audi. First the service was unbelievably expensive for a 20,000 mile service. Then they had a minimum, value and recommended service offering showing that they are just out to get as much money as possible, they are not trusted service advisors. Then they send me a text at 3 and for the first time tell me they close at 4!!! I called about 10 minutes to 4 when I saw the message to see if I could pay and then pick you the car but all the service advisors had already gone home so I had to wait until Monday to pick up my car. Completely frustrating all around. Total different experience for my Acura service for 110,000 miles - I changed the battery and replaced all of the fluids and it cost the same amount!!! They close at 6 and were done 3 hours before they closed. More

Gino helped in closing the finance and explained different financing/leasing option in a very diligent and professional manner. Do Nguyen, Audi technologist, was so thorough in setting up the account and explaining all the features in the car. Overall I am very satisfied with the friendly team @Audi Palo Alto. More

Slow service, poor communication I have been here four times and had mixed experiences. Generally, the turnaround time for work is very slow, and I have not experienced good communica I have been here four times and had mixed experiences. Generally, the turnaround time for work is very slow, and I have not experienced good communication about work or timelines. My most recent visit this week was for a basic 25,000 mile service, essentially just an oil change. The service took two days, even though I had an appointment and was on time for it. That is ridiculous. I even told the service associate that it was urgent that I get my car back by the end of the day. Not only did that not happen, but no one even contacted me to tell me my car wouldn't be done. I contacted the service associate twice to get info about the status of my car and never received a response of any kind. The last time my car was here, after my brand new Audi broke down with 15,000 miles on it, it took them ten days to fix it and get it back to me, even though there was only one part that needed to be replaced, according to what they told me. The car might have been ready sooner, except that they put the wrong replacement part in it! Then they had to redo the job. Unacceptable. The reason I take my Audi to an Audi dealership is because I assume they know how to fix Audis! I will definitely not return to this service center. More

It turns out that the fuel injection was the problem, but it may lead to other engine problem also. Without correcting the root cause, I may end up fixing all kinds of problem and still not completely corrected the issues. I appreciate John’s dedication and care of his customers. Highly recommended. More
