The staff is polite and courteous, always take care of my needs, but the communication and timeliness of notification and updates has been frustrating The staff is polite and courteous, always take care of my needs, but the communication and timeliness of notification and updates has been frustrating. Had a recent experience with a lux treatment where my vehicle was in service for a week with no communication as to why until the last day when the actual service was performed. So overall I think more communication with the customer when I repeatedly asked for updates would have been nice. More

I called and they gave me a number of options within the next few days. I rolled in and they were able to service my Q7 within a a couple of hours. He kindly listened to what we were looking for and suggested few options without steering us towards a particular car or using high pressure sales tactics. Drew is very knowledgable about Audi cars and has great personality to work with. We test drove the car we kind of liked initially, but as Drew patiently answered all our detailed questions, explained and pointed out the details of the car, we started liking it more and more. We specially liked the warm weather / sport seat option and the way the car was handling on the road. We ended up purchasung it the next day - it has been over a week and we still like everything about the car. The purchase and paperwork process was as pleasant as the the test drive. Drew patiently went over all the paperwork without rushing us and explained all the details. After getting our financing in order, we picked up the car, washed and ready to drive off. And, once again, Drew took the time to help us set up and personalize the car to our liking before driving off the lot. Drew truly provided superior customer service in all areas. Salvaged Situation I booked my appointment for an oil change, including a loaner. When I arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule, I found a long queue. It turns out that their internet service went down, and all the bookings were in limbo. after a 30 minute wait, I was greeted by John, who informed me that they had no loaner for me. So I elected to wait for the service. In fairness, John did all he could to make the best of the situation. He managed to get my car serviced within the agreed time, and even had the car washed. The 4-star rating reflects the efficacy and courtesy with which John and the technician performed their duties, despite the awful start. The deduction in no way reflects any shortcomings on their part. More

Lack of communication Dropped off car on Tues. Rep said he would be off on Wed and would call on Thurs. No communication. I called 3 times after which they worked on the ca Dropped off car on Tues. I called 3 times after which they worked on the car and at 3:00 pm on Friday said there was something off with the motherboard of my dash and it would take 10 days to repair. I said I needed a SUV and would come in to swap my loaner. Go in, voila the dash is fixed. Fishy. Don’t appreciate having to call 3 times to get my car on Friday. More

Customer service from the start I requested information on a car list on a car website and the receptionist followed right up and sent me the information I requested. She also setup an appointment to see the car and identified the person I would be talking to. She followed up the next day. I was met onsite my the Sales manager and every part of the deal and negotiation was done professionally. I would recommend Audi of Palo Alto to anyone. FYI it was a 2.5 hr drive for us but worth the time to get what we wanted. More
