I called two days before the service to confirm that I needed a loaner and Was told that it was confirmed. I had a 7:30 appointment. I arrived at 7:30 and was the second car and John Su greeted me at 7:45. After explaining what service would be done and the estimate I asked for the loaner car. John said that there were no loaner cars available and I would need to reschedule my appointment for another day. This was upsetting to me because I had confirmed the need for a car, I had a 7:30 appointment when there should have been plenty of cars available and I had planned meetings that day requiring use of a car. I expressed my disappointment and he said the only option was to reschedule. I said that this was not acceptable. He then spoke to someone and then told me a loaner car was available. Fortunately the issue of the loaner car was resolved but it shouldn’t have been an issue. Otherwise, John was very helpful and professional and communicated very well with me during the service process. John is an asset to the dealership. More

Really terribly run - nice employees Always something that happens. Delays for drop off. Delays for pickup. No loaner cars, despite a 3 week reservation which you pick specifically to have a loaner car available, to find out when you drop off your car there are NO loaners. They offer one ride with Lyft from dealership then good luck using ride share apps for multiple days while your car repair takes 2.5 days instead of < 1 day! Cost me $75 extra to get to work and home 5 times before car was ready.. this is just the last service. Each and every “service” is uniquely disappointing. Bad enough to not buy another Audi simply because of this dealer Audi Palo Alto. Staff are nice and friendly, but hirer some more people!!! The service seeks usually 2 out of 6 desks occupied. They cannot keep up with the service volume. Help them out corporate and pony up the less than one R8 to cover 3 salaries. More

He made things easy and gave us updates as needed. Overall experience was so easy and pleasant. Thanks John! Our previous experience with Brendan Barth in was the worst ever. Our car was in the dealer for about 1.5 months without a loaner and with very little communications. Thanks John for making it worth it to stay with Audi Palo Alto. More
A staff forgot to order the part , which made me pay an unnecessary, extra visit. The third time I visited there, the repair process was fast and smooth, which is the only reason I still give a 3 star. The labor rate was a lot higher than other places. Well, if they could do it quick and right at the first time, I might be satisfied. However, paying 3 visits and 125 for a 30 minute repair? Not so much. In addition, I don’t like that the staff said that he’s gonna buy me breakfast for the wait, asked me not to have breakfast beforehand, but actually didn’t remember to do so on the day. More
