Brian introduced himself and listened to my needs. He offered a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in. He explained the functionality of the vehicle and walked the lot to show the vehicle models that were in stock. The dealership offered many color options which made my decision much simpler. The negotiations on pricing was fair and painless. I was offered a fair value on my trade. Brian made sure I was comfortable while the vehicle I chose was prepped and was very personable.
