Excellent service in the repair department The headliner on my CPO A5 started sagging when the car was 10 days out of warranty. We took it to Todd at the service department, and while the head The headliner on my CPO A5 started sagging when the car was 10 days out of warranty. We took it to Todd at the service department, and while the headliner wouldn't have been covered under warranty regardless, he worked with us, getting us the best possible rate to repair it. He is so professional & accommodating. We used the concierge service, making the experience very convenient. My next car will definitely be another Audi, both because I love my A5 & I love working with Audi Orange Park, specifically Todd in the service department. More
