This could have been a devastating repair bill and left me with a bad opinion of Audi. Parts alone were near $5,000.00. This dealership has renewed my faith in this automotive brand. My vehicle was in the service department for 3 weeks. The service advisor, Alex, called me every other day to keep me informed on when parts would be in and how repairs were progressing. They both made this ordeal much less painful. More
