When I walked it I felt like I was at MOCA, except I was treated better at Audi of Ontario, The dealership was clean. Lots of car candy was on display. All the models were on the showroom floor. The space is open and well lit. Like the Getty Museum. The receptionist was pleasant, attentive, and offered me coffie, making her my favorite person of the day. That is until I met Louis Meng. He was the consultant who attending me and my automobile needs. I call him a consultant, because he didn't act like a typical salesperson. He was very authentic. He had the energy and excitement of a small business owner. You know, someone who values every customer knowing that their business depends on customer loyalty and word of mouth. Louis gets it. I told him what I was there to see. My first choice wasnt' available, but my backup choice was. He immediatly got the keys and were off and driving. The Audi A4 did not disappoint in terms of luxury, style, and feel. Unfortunately, it had some minor wear that I didn't much like. Louis conveyed my concerns to his manager. He asked me what my concerns were about the car. I told him. He asked me what I would like. I told him. He looked at Louis and said, "Let's get the gentlemen a car he wants. Louis quickly got the keys to a 2017 Audi A4 that was better than what I had described. It had only 10 miles on it. I would be the first owner. We took a drive and I was happy. We came back and the negotiation started. This was the first time i was asked by a car dealer manager what I would like to pay and what monthly payment I was comfortable with. They bent over backwards for me. It took almost 3 hours, but I got the best deal possible. xxxx, I'm happy with the awesome deal I got. The finance guy was a dream. He offered me additional service and extended warranties. No pressure! No hard sell! It was more of a conversation. I got the extended warranty for 7yrs/80,000 miles, becaause I saved so much on the price and payments. After I signed for the A4, Louis went over every detail and feature of the car. He gave me best practices, and advice on how to get the most out of the functions and features. The A4 was washed, cleaned, and given a full tank of gas. Louis drove the car home for me. Louis has been following up with me to answer any questions and making sure I am absolutely satisified. I am absolutely satisfied. Thank you, Louis Meng and Audi Ontario. AMAZING!!! The sales rep Leo Cano wasn't messing around when he said that they make things happen at Audi Ontario. I visited several dealerships and Ontario Audi was by far superb in customer service. They really worked hard on structuring out a deal for me. Other Audi dealers including BMW barely lifted a finger for me. The sales manager, Mike was also really great. He made a big effort in stepping out of his office and speaking with me. I had visited Audi West Covina and the sales manager girl didn't even come out to greet or talk to me. She tried to sell me a 2016 used Audi with a large cash down payment. Audi West Covina was not very good and not organized at all. In the end they tried to swoop in and didn't lift a finger for me only until they found out that I had an offer from Audi Ontario. On principal alone they lost my business. I had a great experience at Audi Ontario and if you're considering buying or leasing an Audi, these are the guys! They were amazing at all levels of sales and management. More

Service Appointment for Recalls First time visit for service recalls. When I made the appointment I was given the Service Consultants name (Luis Macias) and a time I'd be expected. I was also told all necessary parts were available and I would have my car back same day. When I arrived and checked in with Luis Macias he was expecting me, all paper work was completed and ready for my signature. I received a call when the work was completed and when I arrived to pick up my car I only had to wait a few minutes and Luis had my car all ready. More

Luis Macias Brought my '16 A4 in for 25k service and to have Eckbond address some issues on my rear bumper. Luis Macias was my service advisor and I immediately Brought my '16 A4 in for 25k service and to have Eckbond address some issues on my rear bumper. Luis Macias was my service advisor and I immediately remembered him from over 5 years ago, as a service provider from another dealership brand. I had the same exceptional attitude and service from him this time, as I remembered from before. Luis put me in a loaner for the day, and when Eckbond was not immediately responsive, extended my loaner over the weekend. Turns our Eckbond only works on sheet metal areas of the car, not the bumpers, so Luis ordered some touch up paint as a proactive gesture, w/out me asking. Luis Macias is very professional, very friendly, very easy and fun to chat with. Luis will be my go to guy in the service department. More
