Our experience at Audi of Ontario was excellent! Our sales person (Jack Ryan!) greeted us promptly, listened to what we were looking for & found it, allowed us to have our "space" (super important to us because we prefer to not have the sales person looking over our shoulders and being pushy, neither of which anyone at Audi Ontario was). Everything went so smoothly that we were in & out, with our new car, in just shy of 2 hours. It was amazing and we would purchase from the dealership again!

The service manager Jeremy Wang is the best , he always care about how customer feel and make sure the service taking care of on time.
