We had been shopping around for a specific vehicle for several weeks, and found the car we wanted at a fair price (with only a little haggling) at Audi Ontario. Every member of the floor/sales team and support staff was great - they were welcoming and attentive without being pushy. We visited two other area dealerships - Mission Viejo and Van Nuys - prior to Audi Ontario. The Van Nuys experience was also rather positive (we had a lousy experience in Mission Viejo), but Ontario's sales team was superb. We specifically worked with Brandon Clemons, who was excellent! He has a great personality without coming across as a stereotypical "car salesman," patiently answered every question my wife and I had about the vehicle and terms, and courteously but unobtrusively followed-up after our initial visit and test drive. I know that he was just doing his job, but it actually felt like he cared about us as customers. The only "downside" to our visit came after we had agreed on a price and headed to finance. I don't want to name anyone for an external audience, but as the last step in our purchase, our experience with finance was a bit off-putting. With regard to the nuts and bolts, this was actually one of the easier car purchases I've made over the past 20 years - everything was clearly presented, the terms matched what was described on the floor, and there was only a mild "upsell" in finance for warranties and other add-ons. But, unlike our experience with Brandon, the finance person was cold, came across as uncaring, was impatient with the few questions we had about particular terms, and overall seemed indifferent to the fact that we were customers making a significant purchase. Honestly, if the other aspects of the experience weren't as positive, we might have left the deal on the table and continued our search. With that said, we're very happy with our Audi, the overall experience with Audi Ontario was very good, and I'd certainly consider buy another vehicle from them. More
