My commute was longer then I was actually at the dealership. From what started by a phone call, I was out the door and driving down to Ontario excited about what I was quoted over the phone. I walked into the dealership and Christopher Blair shook my hand and went to work. I was at the dealership for 60 minutes, then driving away in my new Audi A4 beauty! The entire experience was one I've never had and will go back there for my next vehicle without a doubt. Christopher Blair performed like a machine! Nicest guy, and was always in control. I cast a wider net in searching (about 500 mile radius), and came upon just what I was looking for posted by Audi Ontario as one of their recent trade-ins. The team were extremely helpful and responsive over multiple weeks of contact and my hectic schedule, even shooting and posting a custom video of the vehicle just for me. Special shout outs to Zachary White and Kanisha Brown for their weeks of communication, coordination, outreach, and audio-visual effects. The team was very professional and coordinated with me on my schedule. I was able to fly down from Sacramento to Ontario on a Sunday, where the team had the vehicle ready for inspection and drive on my schedule. Negotiation with Zachary White and Mike AbuJaber was quick, polite and professional. Once we reached a consensus, we settled into prepping paperwork, and they graciously shared with me lunch they had brought in for the team (pizza!). The finance team of John Scholz and Rose Ruiz are extremely well organized, efficient, friendly and professional. They were very supportive, kind and professional as we worked through a speed bump with my bank on my pre-approved loan. Finally, Zachary White followed up with the original owner to retrieve the cargo cover for the Subaru, and the previous owner (now an owner of another fine Audi!), was nice enough to drop off the tonneau for me so I lacked for no missing part for my new-to-me Subaru. I have to say that my purchase of this pre-owned Subaru from Audi Ontario was truly a pleasant experience, and I sincerely recommend this dealership. Side note for those of you considering traveling in from far away to evaluate a vehicle at this dealership, it is just a few minutes away by shared service transport from the Ontario airport (e.g., Uber, Lyft, taxi). This made it super convenient for the initial visit and test drive. More

Excellent treatment!! We were just going to look at the Audi Q7 at the dealership when we were approached by Mr Romen Artalejo, an Audi Specialist. We normally are uneasy We were just going to look at the Audi Q7 at the dealership when we were approached by Mr Romen Artalejo, an Audi Specialist. We normally are uneasy dealing with sales people , most of them being very pushy. Mr Artalejo was very nice and patient with us. He answered all of our questions and displayed a very good knowledge about the SUV. He is very professional and very helpful. The day before my appointment, I was looking at my dream car at the midnight. A question just came across my mind so I sent a email to Jhovan, hoping to get a response in the morning. But he replied right away and answer straight to the point. I then asked him to change the color of the interior, and he replied right back with a simple "not a problem, I will handle it". I believe it's a perfect example showing how much he cares about his customers. The whole process is hassle-free with Jhovan and Audi Ontario, by the way. I did get a similar price from another dealership. At the end of the day, I choose to do business with Jhovan without any hesitation simply because of his effort and desire to earn my business.
