His manager pushed our deal on our Audi Q5 through however even with a huge down payment their finance department could not match (or even come close) to our credit union on interest rates and they did not even try. They also gave me exactly four calendar days to deliver the balance check in full; that with a 30% down payment! I had always been given two weeks on a single pay purchase. Five stars to the rest of the dealership, three stars to the finance department. I strongly recommend this dealer get some stronger relationships with competitive banks to meet the needs of customers. High end cars deserve high end banking support. Otherwise, a great buying experience. More
