She set-up an appointment for me, as well as arranging for a courtesy vehicle. According to Ambar, the technicians had to reset the driver's seat memory, using the factory Audi diagnostic system. She also had my vehicle washed before I picked it up. I am very impressed with the service I received fro Ambar and the staff at Ontario Audi. More
