I leased a Q8 car from Audi Ontario and Farzy Rashid was such a great person to work with. He was so great that I leased another vehicle for my daughter from him. I recently visited Audi Ontario for routine service and to address an issue with my coolant. Although I didn’t have an appointment, Dani Paiz, my service advisor, went above and beyond to ensure everything to address an issue with my coolant. Although I didn’t have an appointment, Dani Paiz, my service advisor, went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. She arranged a loaner for me, which was the next earliest available, and even handled all the details with my third-party extended warranty. Thanks to Dani, most of the repair costs were covered, and the entire process was hassle-free. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Audi Ontario, especially if you’re fortunate enough to have Dani as your service advisor! More
