We called 4 Audi dealerships: yours, the one in Tulsa, one in Kansas City and one in Springfield, MO. Only Frank followed up, finding us the Q7 in the color that we wanted. Had an overall fantastic experience at this dealership. However attempting to get service after the sale has been drawn out. Husband called yesterday to check on it, more than a month after the fact, and he said he would call him back that afternoon. Still no call. WE really loved the dealership and the entire team at Bob Moore Audi, but we are hoping this is not typical when attempting to get service. I'm aware that this is through the salesmen and not the service department. We would still recommend this dealership to friends and family, but I would be much happier if we could get our issue resolved. Thanks. More

I have been to this dealership many times, I get service there for my existing Audi and it was time for a new or newer used car. I went in after reviewing the one of the used cars for sale and ended up buy there for my existing Audi and it was time for a new or newer used car. I went in after reviewing the one of the used cars for sale and ended up buying new instead. The used car was very nice, as well as the price but the hail damage was worse than I expected and the new 2013 model was amazing and I was happy with the price quoted. After the sale, I have gotten some great follow-up calls and service from Walter. I also had great service and a great loaner car dropping my new car off for some of the extra service purchased at time of sale. Thanks Bob Moore Audi! More

He was willing to negotiate on a price without any hassle/pressure. Donna was awesome and found me a better rate on a loan than my bank offered, which I was very surprised they offered better. I bought the car and flew down. Frank picked me up at the airport in his personal vehicle and brought me back to the dealership where my car was ready. Ingo was always there to answer our questions. The A8L has more features than any vehicle we have ever seen! Ingo helped explain every feature, plus many more we were not aware of. We decided to order this car. Although the process was about 10 weeks, Ingo, Perry and Mark kept us informed and up to date. The car showed up on time. Purchasing and closing was simple and hassle free. After closing, Ingo has stayed in touch with us to answer questions and help with scheduling winow inning, service, etc. This is the first Audi we have owned and so far, it has far exceeded our expectations.
