This is my second Audi that I have purchaed from Bob Moore Audi in Edmond, Oklahoma. In addition, I purchased both vehicles from Ingo who took the time to show the vehicles to my wife and myself. The paperwork was easy and Ms. Salem was friendly but very informative about car service, etc. Had the car serviced a week or so after the purchase, and the service was great, went smoothly, and the loaner was great, not a piece of junk. I can't remember all the names of the people we met while purchasing and having the car detailed, but Ingo, your are great, and you work with wonderful, friendly people. This was the most pleasant and satisfying automobile purchase I have ever made. Everything from the first phone call was excellent. I will return again and again and again. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by James who had pulled the car up and had it waiting for me. He had even turned on the seat warmers. Within 30 minutes he had achieved everything I requested, and with one simple handshake my sale was final. I had a wonderful experience. The overall experience was great with the only "good" being the price. I understand that I bought an exceptional car and as such there are no "deals" and I am happy with the concessions that I did "good" being the price. A "good" price is all that can be expected, but, as the customer, I guess you will always wonder if you could have done better. My salesman, Ingo Phal went out of his way to be helpful in all respects and there were many. He was incredibly patient and when I had questions, he found the answers. Donna, the finance manager, was friendly and helpful. She knows her business and her closing abilities are exceptional. You walk away with the feeling of having been helped rather than pressured into the car care plans she is providing FOR YOU. More

I bought a used Hundai from Bob Moore Audi. When the salesman was showing me the car he went out of his way to make a big deal of the Carfax report showing that the car had never been wrecked. At the time I thought that was kind of odd because the car had fewer than 10k miles on it and looked nearly new so it wouldn't even have occurred to me to check on that. Then, when I was driving down the highway 2 weeks later a window BLEW AWAY in the wind!! I took it to a local Hundai dealer, furious with the quality (as I thought it to be) of the car. The Hundai dealer looked it over and determined that the car had been involved in a collision and the window had apparently been a cheap repair job. To make things even worse, when I called the Bob Moore dealership back and spoke with the manager, he denied any knowledge that the car had been wrecked (really? Your service people hadn't looked it over???) and wanted to know what this had to do with them. Under the law I could have insisted on returning the car but all I asked was that they pay the cost of installing a new window. He refused to call the auto glass shop and told me to have them call him. Then, when the auto glass shop owner tried to contact the manager he had to call every day for 5 days before the manager "was available." I wouldn't trust these people to sell me a bicycle much less a car, at this point. EditDelete More

I have purchased 6 new cars in the past 10 years and I always dread the buying process. Not this time. Sales rep Frank was helpful and did not try to rush my buying decision.
