This was my first experience purchasing from them, but it was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. The process was stress-free, the staff was knowledgeable, and Josh knew exactly what I was looking for after speaking with him. My husband purchased his last two Audi’s from a different location, and there was no comparison. It was worth taking the hour long drive to get there for the customer service experience alone. For one, I am a Lyon Waugh employee over at MINI and when I originally inquired on an Audi lease, Ryan the sales manager was right there to help me out! They were able to efficiently find the car I wanted and Jessica was very helpful with the paperwork! When arriving to Audi to do the paperwork, Travis greeted me and made sure I was taken care of the entirety of my stay at Audi Nashua! Kevin went over the paperwork with me and made sure I understood everything in my new lease! After a few days, paperwork came back and I was able to finally pick up my car and Cathy greeted me to go over the car with me! She showed me all the bells and whistles of my new Audi A3 and made sure I was taken care of before I took my car off the lot! Thank you to the crew at Audi Nashua for making sure I was taken care of! Everything was done in a timely fashion without any difficulties even with registration being a few days behind! More

Patrick was great from the get go and we talked about a few cars and prices and also availability for cars that were not yet on the sales lot. I think making a great connection between seller and buyer helps a lot in the process of buying any vehicle, but as we spoke and hearing what I was looking for and where I wanted to be money wise we got right into the ball park, of course after a little negotiating. So for the end he got a great sale and I got yet again another great car from audi nashua, so keep up the good work Patrick and more will follow More
