Not the traditional dealer Had a few experiences at a few different dealers. This dealership is different in that they aren't trying to sell you on anything. Called in about a Mazda CX-5 they had on trade-in, and instead of doing the dealer "sit-down, chat and enjoy our AC/frosty bottled water" for 30 minutes, they had the car outside ready to drive with key in ignition. I worked with Travis Philbrook and the financial manager Austin Wheeler who were straight talkers and didn't do the usual "sales"-y gambit dealers usually do. Also, this dealership is a one-price dealership, with prices adjusted below market value, so there aren't any real exchanges with price which is a little less anxiety provoking. Outside of the dealers, the dealership does a good job reconditioning the cars - probably speaks to them being a luxury car dealer. More
