Splendid experience, as always Two weeks ago I originally came in to do a lease buy out on my 2016 S3 as the lease was up in mid March. Brad Downing came out to help and discuss opt Two weeks ago I originally came in to do a lease buy out on my 2016 S3 as the lease was up in mid March. Brad Downing came out to help and discuss options on purchasing my current S3. Brad asked if I was interested in getting into a new S3 instead, but was happy to help me either way. I told Brad for me to consider a new S3 it would need to have at least everything my current S3 had and be close to my monthly lease payments. To my suprise Brad and his manager not only found an S3 that met my requirements, they also met my pricing expecations. I couldn't be happier with how Brad continued to follow up and keep me updated on the car. He even drove all the way to Stowe VT to bring the papers for me to sign since it was still a few days before I'd be back in the Nashua area. Brad has a great attitude and I think will do well in the car business. He was a major factor in me deciding to go with a new S3 over my 2016 model. This is our 5th Audi to date and 3rd from Audi of Nashua. The dealership itself (sales, service and parts) and how they treat their customers is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. More

Patrick Holland took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. Some sales people have a rudimentary knowledge of the vehicles they are selling, but unfortunately most have far less. Patrick is a “car guy” who not only knows his product, he actually loves them. From the first test drive with him I knew what I wanted. Patick kept true to his word and texted me over the next year and around Christmas he found “The One”. The buying process was made incredibly easy with the help of Austin. They took my trade, swapped the plates, signed some papers and I was in my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Patrick and his team and when the SQ8 comes out, I will be back. More

He found out what I was looking for then quickly showed me the right car for me. Completely low pressure - just wanted me to learn about the car itself, the features and the ride. He was great at showing me all the "bells and whistles" that make my new car so awesome! Dealing with the sales manager was also very comfortable and low pressure. I loved that no one said "what can I do to get you in this car today" (my usual response is "nothing"). Overall a very positive sales experience. I will certainly continue doing business with this dealership and Matt in particular. More

Great if you want a bill 40 days later for 3k When I purchased this vehicle on 12/31/18 I was specific. I clearly stated up front I would not haggle excessively, I just wanted to be certain tha When I purchased this vehicle on 12/31/18 I was specific. I clearly stated up front I would not haggle excessively, I just wanted to be certain that it would be reliable and that Audi had covered the major milestones for a 73k mile car. Including the chain. I asked for them to include the chain contingency if they did not do a thorough review on its health so that I would be safe. I literally said I did not want a surprise 3k bill in 2 months. Today, on Rte 101 in Candia the light pops on. Pull over, tow, Audi computer - timing chain. Just mm from blowing the engine. The email I received back advised I was on my own. More
