They allowed me to take the car to a nearby mechanic to have it checked out which eased my mind about the purchase, and I was able to pick it up a couple of days after the purchase. On this trip, we were interested in a fun convertible for my husband. The A5 and the A7 were our picks for Audi of Nashua. We also had a Infiniti G37, BMW, and the good ole American muscle cars on our list (a Mustang V8). Our first stop was Audi of Nashua where we met Andrew Green. He is relatively new to the dealership but we had a tremendous experience. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Being in sales myself, I tend to bristle at hard core selling. Andrew struck the perfect chord of asking the right Q's, offering information, and making a meaningful connection with us. I highly recommend you seek him out if you visit. We did leave to look at the other cars on our list but ultimately decided to come back and buy the A5. Andrew met us upon our return and set about having our trade in assessed for value. The only disappointment was that the trade in value came in 25% LESS THAN what another dealer offered us to the tune of nearly $2K. While we were able to negotiate some of that back, the sales manager never came out to speak with us and we were forced to settle for roughly $800 less than the other offer which was also on the very low end of the Kelly Blue Book value. w\While we were excited about the car and happy with Andrew's service, the trade in process tampered our enthusiasm. We were unable to purchase the car that evening as the finance people were booked solid. I didn't see many people buying the same day on both my trips in as there was a logjam at the finance area. We scheduled an appointment the next day with Evan Fotopoulos. The process took about an hour (as shared) and the paperwork was fairly standard. Evan was patient and friendly walling me through all of our financing options. He went line by line through the paperwork explaining each component along the way. The actual finance paperwork only takes about 20 minutes. The rest of the time was spent trying to sell me on maintenance plans, GAP insurance, etc. While Evan was considerate and friendly through it all, I will say I did not enjoy the 30+ minutes spent refusing all of the added offers. No doubt Evan is required to 'sell' these extras and I would guess some of the adds are important especially for a new vehicle. I just don't like that part of the car buying experience at all and it takes away some of the excitement when you are purchasing. Why do dealerships subject you to all of this?? Very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Aside from that, there are a ton of cars on their lot, the showroom is impressive, and Andrew's service was exceptional. We will consider future car purchases from Audi of Nashua. . More

The most impressive part of our experience with Audi Nashua came when Brian bent over backward to arrange for delivery of the vehicle to me at my place of work. I would highly recommend Audi Nashua, and look forward to continuing our relationship with this dealership. More
Splendid experience, as always Two weeks ago I originally came in to do a lease buy out on my 2016 S3 as the lease was up in mid March. Brad Downing came out to help and discuss opt Two weeks ago I originally came in to do a lease buy out on my 2016 S3 as the lease was up in mid March. Brad Downing came out to help and discuss options on purchasing my current S3. Brad asked if I was interested in getting into a new S3 instead, but was happy to help me either way. I told Brad for me to consider a new S3 it would need to have at least everything my current S3 had and be close to my monthly lease payments. To my suprise Brad and his manager not only found an S3 that met my requirements, they also met my pricing expecations. I couldn't be happier with how Brad continued to follow up and keep me updated on the car. He even drove all the way to Stowe VT to bring the papers for me to sign since it was still a few days before I'd be back in the Nashua area. Brad has a great attitude and I think will do well in the car business. He was a major factor in me deciding to go with a new S3 over my 2016 model. This is our 5th Audi to date and 3rd from Audi of Nashua. The dealership itself (sales, service and parts) and how they treat their customers is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. More
