When I arrived at the dealership I was assigned to Cathey Traverse as my sales associate. From the get-go, Cathey was a pleasure to deal with. We initially took the S4 for a test drive then moved to a new A6 I was also considering. Although familiar with both vehicles, Cathey did a good job educating me on the features and details of each including several I was not aware of. Deciding on the A6, I scheduled my return visit to pick-up the vehicle 2 days later. Again, Cathey did a good job ensuring that the process went smoothly from finance thru setting up my account with Audi Connect and linking my smartphone with the vehicle. Upon meeting with Brian Gillis at Audi of Nashua, we were met with a friendly demeanor, extremely knowledgable about the various models, and a willingness to allow us to test drive whatever we were interested in. This might seem like a really obvious thing, but other dealerships that we visited were less than accommodating, suggesting that if you drive one model versus another, there really is "no difference". Brian had a great attitude throughout our car buying experience and seemed interested in making certain that our overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend him to others in the market for an Audi. More

I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive and patient with my many questions. Once we had agreed on the deal, which is always the tougher part the process was extremely organized and smooth. From the time I arrived at the dealership to pick up the new car, we completed the paperwork, confirmed the trade and had the plates on the new car within an hour. Brendan also offered to meet with me after the sale and go through the cars features in even more detail which I appreciate. There’s a lot more technology in this than my old Cayenne. More
