Great experience My new-to-me Audi is my first solo car buying venture and my last vehicle was with me for just over 9 years. I was a little nervous going into it. I h My new-to-me Audi is my first solo car buying venture and my last vehicle was with me for just over 9 years. I was a little nervous going into it. I had been to a few other places, testing out different vehicles and came into the dealership looking for a specific SUV I saw online. Matt brought the SUV right up for a test drive and put me at ease from the very start. He was patient, kind and thoughtfully showed me every feature. When I wanted to think about it, he put the SUV on hold, printed out the CarFax and other information for me to take home, and we arranged to meet the next day. Prior to meeting, I test drove a couple more vehicles to assure myself this was, in fact, the best fit for me. It was. Matt greeted me at the dealership with a smile and we wet out for another test drive and a more thorough look at everything the vehicle had to offer me. When I returned to close a few days later, Matt had ensured a few minor things were fixed, the car was gassed up, detailed and sparkling clean. Matt had programmed my home address into the navigation and we paired my phone and imported my contacts. He made sure I knew how to use everything I was interested in knowing before I drove away and was sensitive to my time. My experience exceeded expectations at every turn. I am more than happy with the warranty options presented and again felt that everyone involved cared about matching my driving style and budget requirements to the vehicle -- and this despite the fact that I was buying a model of SUV with a few years on it that sold for a fraction of the fancy cars in the showroom. I was impressed with the care and time shown at every stage of the transaction. This SUV is a big deal to me and represents a lot of hard work on my part and everyone treated me with kindness, humor and respect. I am thrilled with my new SUV and feel secure my investment is further protected through the warranty. I highly recommend Matt and Audi of Nashua. More

My salesman was Patrick Holland he was very proactive in keeping me informed of where my vehicle basin the delivery process and when I could expect to see it. Prior to the delivery I let Patrick know what extras I wanted for the car, we discussed price for the extras and he provided me with an updated vehicle cost with the extras included which I found very helpful in planning the actual delivery and financial dealing. When I took delivery Patrick was terrific at proving a mini tutorial on the car functions and helping me update my Audi connect account. My experience with the Business Manager, Veeral Bharucha was equally as good, Veerhal was low key, and very pleasant to deal with and NO pressure to purchase an additional extras. I did however decide to add Protectall Plus and the Allstate complete protection plan. I find the whole team at Audi Nashua to be of the highest caliber and extremely pleasant to work with from Sales to Service to the General Manager. It is their dedication to ensuring a wonderful customer experience that I will continue to drive an 25 additional miles out of my way to work with Audi Nashua. More
