They could have quickly sold us the used car and sent us on our way. Instead they stayed an hour after closing explaining all the options we had and what would work best for our family. Audi Q5 purchase We visited the Audi Nashua dealership and specifically asked for Cathey Traverse. Cathey isn't just a great sales professional. She is a great person We visited the Audi Nashua dealership and specifically asked for Cathey Traverse. Cathey isn't just a great sales professional. She is a great person and has become a dear friend. I cannot possibly overstate how lucky we were to have found someone so authentic, patient, and friendly to guide us through the car buying process in the Nashua market. We had seen a lot of other cars (not just Audi) before we decided on Audi. We asked Cathey a lot of questions and never once felt judged. She did not pressure or rush us and despite having several clients she somehow had a way of making us feel like we were her only client, though it appeared that she maybe one of the busiest sales professional in the Audi Nashua office. She was able to understand our needs very quickly and when we told her what we wanted to close the deal (as we had another option that we were going with should Audi Nashua not be able to offer what we were looking for), she was respectful of that and wasn't pushy and she didn't waste our time and worked with us. Cathey is also very knowledgeable about the Audi vehicles and patiently highlighted the different features of the car. If you want to work with someone who genuinely cares about making you happy and finding you the right car, you should work with Cathey. More
