Buyer Beware I bought a used Audi Q5 2015, 6 weeks ago. Beautiful car, gently used. After three weeks of owning it my husband decided to take it out for a spin. I bought a used Audi Q5 2015, 6 weeks ago. Beautiful car, gently used. After three weeks of owning it my husband decided to take it out for a spin. It was than he realized the fob would start the car, however would not open the hatch nor lock it. We thought it might be the battery and replaced it, but still did not work. We called Audi talked to a service advisor and confirmed the battery was installed properly. He said it sounded defective so we ordered a new one. When I went to pick up the fob and have it programmed I was charged 394.00. I didn’t think that was right.The service person said he would talk to the manager. They said once the car is delivered our extended warranty is looked at and it didn't cover fobs. Considering it was defective from the beginning I would think I should not have been charged. Don't I have the right to have two working fobs? The sale was fast and now I know why, beware and go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. They have definitely lost any future business from me More

Plenty of options We went to this dealership looking at a used non-Audi vehicle. We didn’t like the car and ended up looking at some used Audi options.
