Jude was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and was a great listener. There was no pressure and we came to an agreement on pricing that I was very satisfied with. Jude continued to stay in touch regularly during the delivery process and went above and beyond the day I picked up my Q5. In advance she made sure I was aware of everything I needed to make the transaction smooth and quick. On the day I picked the car up, it was out front and the detailing was outstanding. I met with Eric Kneidle and he was terrific to work with, very upbeat and made the buying process go quickly and smoothly. Jude spent all the time I needed to go over the car and it's systems to be sure I was familiar with everything. She even sent me websites which deal with the individual technologies that go with the car. I can't say enough about Jude and Audi of Nashua. They know how to make a buyer feel special. My letter to the GM the next morning: Good Morning Larry, I’d like to take a minute to compliment you on your team at Audi Nashua. This past week I purchased an Audi from your dealership, and couldn’t be more pleased. I first spoke with Colby Pooler Monday morning, who assisted me from the beginning, and took the time to introduce himself and chat with me when I arrived later same day. I was pleased to see the particular vehicle I was interested in had been driven from the warehouse and positioned directly up front prior to my arrival. Mark Pitera guided me through the entire process with ZERO pressure. Eric Kneidel zipped me through the paperwork while seamlessly carrying on a conversation with me about a topic we are mutually passionate about. All three took the time to listen, which is a rare art form. No one rushed me; the no-pressure atmosphere was refreshing. The dealership, physically, is beautiful and super clean. And yesterday afternoon, after hearing I wouldn’t be able to take delivery for a few days due to childcare obligations, Mark took the time to deliver my new Audi to me in Milton, MA, and then drive the trade-in back to Nashua. Simply outstanding. After having browsed and test driven several Audis at two Boston-area dealerships in October, I decided to go out of my way to NH. I had my my initial test drive in mid-September and Josh got back to me ten days later when he found a like new car coming out of the service loaner pool. He put a hold on the car for me and I came up to the dealership and we closed the deal that evening. Josh came in on his day off to deliver the car to me personally so that my wife could drive it that weekend. It's now two weeks later and Josh is still helping me. He just drove down to my office to deliver the roof racks that came with the car. Great service all around--and much appreciated. More

Service after the sale I just purchased a third car from Shane Weinberg at Audi Nashua. The first two were Audi and the third was a Volvo they had taken in trade. Soon aft I just purchased a third car from Shane Weinberg at Audi Nashua. The first two were Audi and the third was a Volvo they had taken in trade. Soon after taking delivery, we noticed an issue with the passenger side rear door. The top of the door didn't completely seal against the car when closed. We learned that the car had possibly been in a minor accident that had not shown up on the CarFax. Shane took the car back and sent it to a body shop for inspection and repair. He promised to make it right and he did. It turned out to be somewhat minor and there was no charge for the body repair. Shane stated that " it was the right thing to do". It's easy to make a customer happy when things go smoothly. It takes true professionalism to resolve a problem when an unexpected issue arises. Shane and Audi Nashua pass with flying colors. More
Daniel Mitsch - a gem. I had been a Lexus driver for over fifteen years and owned a GS350 when I discovered the Audi A5 Cabriolet five months ago. I started, but lost track I had been a Lexus driver for over fifteen years and owned a GS350 when I discovered the Audi A5 Cabriolet five months ago. I started, but lost track of the search for this car until two weeks ago when I was contacted by Daniel Mitsch, a specialist wtih Audi. To begin with, Daniel's excitement over finding the most "awesome" car for me was endearing and contagious. His candor when he didn't have the answer to a question ("I'll ask my boss and call you in two seconds") was startlingly refreshing. Before the end of the day, he had the car and a date for me to test drive. When the car sold before a transfer could occur he had another, even more "awesome" car twenty-four hours later. I've encountered dealers who appear to have "crafted" a rapport with their customer. But there is nothing about Daniel Mitsch's engaging style, sincerity, enthusiasm, or open delight when he's located the most "awesome" car, that isn't heartfelt. He is one of those people so well-matched to what they do, they'll succeed just by showing up. Perhaps the attitude, sincerity and excitement of a sales person shouldn't factor so heavily in a customer's decision to buy. But for me and others like me who sometimes need a tie-breaker, it matters plenty. Daniel is a gem. And now, thanks to him, I have the most "awesome" A5 I could want. More

He was very professional and personable throughout the entire process (no hard selling, etc.) Anytime you are looking to buy/lease a new car it is always a stressful endeavor, however, Dan and Audi of Nashua has provided exceptional customer service while providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. His customer service and personality far exceeded my expectations. I later found out that Dan has only been there for a short period of time but you would never know it given his knowledge and expertise of Audi as a whole. I would highly recommend purchasing or leasing a car through Audi of Nashua and would very strongly recommend asking to work with Dan Mitsch as you will not be disappointed. More
