Jude worked with me to find the car that fits me perfectly. She is extremely enthusiastic about the Audi brand and it shows! Instead of letting me rush into the SQ5 model first, she sat me down and showed me all the other Q5 models. We methodically tested each model, working up to the SQ5. We eventually did end up at the SQ5... and she could tell that this was what I wanted (not needed). She was able to walk me through the entire transaction with no issues at all. The comfort level I had with this dealership and its employees is by far the highest I have experienced. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgable! I checked all the other Audi dealers within my proximity but only Audi Nashua had the model with the features I wanted. The price was extremely fair so I didn't have to haggle. Our Sales Associate, Mike Rindo, was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked with us to get a fair deal on our trade-in. When I picked up the car, Mike spent all the time needed to educate me about the various features of the A3; he even paired my cell phone using Bluetooth. The car exterior was washed and the interior was vacuumed/cleaned and the gas tank was full. Completing all the paperwork with Eric Kneidel was quick and painless. Michael was very easy to work with and he has a very relaxed, no pressure attitude and didn't try to steer me in any particular direction.
