I was still in my "shopping" phase with no intention on purchasing a car that day, but my sales consultant Michael Wood hands down made this dreadful "car shopping" experience extremely pleasant. The way he greeted me at the door with a smile on is face made me feel comfortable right from the start. He was not pushy, understood that I was shopping and still went above and beyond to go over my Q3 thoroughly. He was kind, thoughtful, and actually had my best interest in mind.
