If you are a returning customer please make sure you understand the protocol of a trade in or if you have an expiring Audi lease make sure you have completed a physical inspection of the car before you turn it in. Otherwise you may get a bill 60 days after you took a different car with a bunch of charges from disposition fees, scratches, gauges, missing keys, etc. More
