Outstanding service center experience! Thanks Paul Hoffman!! Prior to having my Audi truck, I've had both Mercedes Benz and BMW cars and have had nothing but horrible experiences when servicing my vehicles there Prior to having my Audi truck, I've had both Mercedes Benz and BMW cars and have had nothing but horrible experiences when servicing my vehicles there, including them ALWAYS telling me something else was wrong and it would cost more than expected at pick up. All these bad memories went away when I met Paul Hoffman at Audi Lynbrook!!! I was greeted with a smile and natural conversation while he inquired about my needs and set a clear expectation of what will be done in my vehicle as well as what recommendations they had via a follow up call. I had no idea people this competent and relatable still existed in the car service industry! Not only is he friendly, he's very efficient and thorough! I brought my car in for a 55k mile service and upon receipt of my vehicle, I noticed the complimentary car wash which topped off my great experience! I will continue to have my car serviced here and refer others to do the same! I'm glad I now have Paul who I can count on to help me out the right way! More

I was greeted by a valet and service advisor immediately upon exiting my car. I was in a loaner car and out of the dealership within a few minutes and my car was ready when promised. Will continue to bring my Audi here for all future service despite it being further from my house than Biener. More

Well the entire experience could not have been better for us, Kent spent his time with us looking at new Audi's but for whatever reason my wife Monica's love affair hadn't ended with her 2014 A5 convertible and with all due respect she loves the interiors and new technology of the new Audi's but the body shapes didn't turn her head. So Kent sat with us for a very long time going through each and every facet of purchasing her A5 and even went so far to alert her that her license was going to expire in 2 months, of which she had no clue...He handled our Insurance Rep at State Farm, he walked us through every step of the way knowing he wasn't going to earn any commission but it didn't matter to him, he was intent on making us happy, comfortable and he certainly accomplished this. So after he collected all the pertinent information from us and after working with Grace who is also extremely helpful we left under instructions to return in about an hour to sit with your finance person Sandra. Upon returning we were called into Sandra's office to close the deal which I have to say she is a very knowledgeable person and between Sandra/Kent and Grace I don't think there is anything about Audi that they don't know. Sandra closed the deal and Monica was once again very happy to know she would not be parting ways with her 2014 A5 Convertible which she loves very much. My hats off to the management team that assembled such a vibrant workforce and I can tell, being a business Owner myself, these employees are truly happy in doing what they do and it shows tremendously in their appearance. knowledge and attitude. Kent could probably write a book about the history of Audi without hesitation, truly amazing and they all believe in what they are selling and this is why the workplace atmosphere is what it is, fantastic. A bit of irony to share with whomever reads these posts, back in 2014 when we first ventured into an Audi dealership on Northern Blvd,(Beiner Audi) we were approached by a salesman who took notice of the Buick Regal Monica was driving and immediately evaluated us as not being in a financial position to purchase or lease an Audi, he did his best to state these were very "expensive" cars and Audi really wasn't a "lease" type car and I suppose he didn't want to waste his time with us, Understandably we were both very insulted, which also prompted me to post a negative review of Beiner Audi, but we were determined to pursue the A5 so we drove across town to Audi Lynbrook where we were welcomed with open arms by Josh who by the way was also a wonderful salesperson and worked diligently to make this all happen for us and hence we began our relationship with Audi and the Lynbrook people and we could not be any happier for doing this. Just a point worthy of mention, never judge a book by its cover, Monica's credit score as posted yesterday by TD Bank on your paperwork stated 841 I really wonder what that arrogant salesperson down at Beiner is rated at.... Well I can certainly say he made a poor evaluation, and should not be a salesperson representing Audi, had we not had our hearts set on the A5 convertible we may never of known just how nice the experience could be up at Audi Lynbrook, we are both glad we checked you guys out, Hats off to you guys there at Audi Lynbrook keep on doing what you are doing it works well. Paul is an amazing and honest service rep. Paul is the nicest rep at the service center. He is always helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you leave satisfied. I brought in my car because it was leaking coolant fast. They got to the bottom of it and thought the problem resulted from a cracked water pump and broken thermostat and gave me a quote for a huge bill which I agreed. (I had my 2013 A5 Cab for almost 5 years now and after 70k miles thought its about that time things like this would happen). When I picked up the car today, Paul was honest enough to tell me the problem was just a broken thermostat which was replaced instead of going ahead and replacing both parts and thus saving me A LOT of money. Another time someone screwed up my appointment for service by mixing me up with another customer with a similar name. Paul still took care of me and got me a loaner so that I wouldn't have to waste my time and money. I would recommend anyone to bring their cars to Audi Lynbrook service and ask for Paul. More

I had a nose issue which is always complex to resolve but they repaired the first time due to Paul's attention to detail. Paul keeps you informed along the way. Service your Audi at Lynbrook and ask for Paul. For sales ask for Andri. He is top notch No xx. Customer focused. I just purchased from Andri and he was amazing to deal with. More

I received excellent customer service from him, and was happy to have made a purchase without being forced to do so; I admire his honesty and patience as he allows you to take your time to make a decision. It was wonderful working with him and would recommend others to do the same. More

He asked what service i was having done and I gave hi a list of issues. He was strait forward right there on there spot and told me there would be a long wait, which I appreciated so I had my husband come pick me up. He asked me if it was ok if he contacts me on mon, which he did. At that point he went over the issues with my car. He was so honest by telling me certain things could wait but the important things should be fixed if I planned on keeping the car. I was working with a budget and told hi what that was. He asked if he could get back to me and see if all the work could be done within my budget. To my surprise, within 1 hour, he called back a and was able to do all the work for under my budget. On a diff note, him and I laughed, and it was just a joy to speek with him. I read all the other reviews and its all true about Paul, this is an honest man, and I woulnt suggest going to anyone else but him. I not sure if I should say this but he said if I didnt do the work that i should buy a new car, not pressing audi, just that it was unsafe to drive. He then put me into a loaner vehicle after a day or so, and once the car was fixed and picked up, he went over all that was done. I have bought and serviced cars for over 50 years, not once have I ever had such a great experience!!! for all management this man is a huge asset to you company and should be recognized for treating all his cust, as I read on here, with integrity, honesty, and respect. I was a police officer for many years so can read BS from a mile away.... Thank you Paul and audi lynbrook. I will never service anywhere else!!!! More
Paul Hoffmann is the go to person! I came in for a second time with the same problem within a span of two weeks and was really aggravated. On my second visit, having never met Paul, he I came in for a second time with the same problem within a span of two weeks and was really aggravated. On my second visit, having never met Paul, he saw my frustration and stepped right in. He was polite, direct and efficient. Provided me a ride home with a service coordinator and had my car fixed within three hours so that I could be able to pickup my kids at carpool time. What could have been a real stressful situation- he handled with ease. Honestly- saved the day. Thanks!! More
