Service dept destroyed my amp Destroyed my amp that was on the woofer when my car was there for a service. 6 days instead of 1. Amp was blown - smelled it right away. Then they asked for a proof/invoice from a sound shop. It all ended me paying ~$300 to replace the amp, dealer stopped reacting to anything, emails, phone calls. Wanna get your stuff destroyed? Starting with Paul Hoffman, the service consultant who greeted us and took care of all of our concerns. Then our salesman Carlton Cruickshankshank who was absolutely charming and extremely knowledgeable about every car they sold! This is not the first Audi dealer I've been to but it will definitely be the only one i use from now on. Thank you every one at Lynbrook Audi! More
Service Department Had 11 AM service appointment. to check warning light. At 12;15 I had to go back to and approach service agent to inquire about my car. Thought they were responsible to inform me as I was sitting in waiting area. Anyway after checking she informed me had to leave car. Only loaners they use are A3 or A$ except for 'one Q5'. I am 6'2' tall a A3 or A$ for that matter is just too small. Anyway as a A6 owner one would think they'd place me in a comparable loaner...BMW and Mercedes does.The loaner rep was great and really nice person but he only has so much he can do. Put me in an A4 that was extremely dirty...more so inside than outside. Stains and sticky liquid remnants make driving it just awful. Previous visit resulted me in me showing up for an appointment only to find they didn't have the part in stock...this is after I emailed requesting they contact me if they wouldn't have the part. The service rep said 'oh, nobody reads those emails'. Since becoming Lynbrook Audi this dealership has gone downhill. They may have a new showroom but they do not maintain it. There are more burnt out light bulbs than ones working in the customer waiting area. Try reading in that type of light. After 5 Audis I'm either dropping the brand or going to another dealer. More

Absolutely the worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst absolute worst set of people I have ever delt with.
