The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Frustrating experience overall- issue with the office not recognizing my first appointment, not having the parts so a basic repair took 3 days, to the individual not calling on day 1 or 2 for an update (I ha recognizing my first appointment, not having the parts so a basic repair took 3 days, to the individual not calling on day 1 or 2 for an update (I had to call). Would have given more stars - but after asking to take my front spoiler that was damaged off (requiring removing 5 total screws while the car was up on the lift for my scheduled tire rotation /oil change) th front spoiler that was damaged off (requiring removing 5 total screws while the car was up on the lift for my scheduled tire rotation /oil change) they said they would give me an estimate of the cost to remove it). Literally 5 screws! Considering I bring all 3 of my Audis there for service always, to say I was unimpressed.and very disappointed is an understatement! More
