I always look forward to my Audi dealership visit, as Ted McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter. I had purchased a vehicle through an online auction and Greg was the sale representative I worked with. He was very professional and responsive answering all my questions and providing all I needed to be a Greg was the sale representative I worked with. The paper work can take a little time to complete and during that time Greg would frequently come by and let us know where things were at and how much longer the process would take. The dealership was very busy but he took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable.
