I am able to get a loaner car, service is done correctly and promptly and he texts me when it's ready which I prefer over calls. Anthony McGrath , in service, always makes sure the car is ready to go and I always ask for him. The Audi is a bit more expensive to drive, but with the service given, it is worth it. I never have any issues ever. More

Nice experience at the Audi Hoffman Estates I was very pleased with my visit to the dealership. I was taken on time and waited about an hour and fifteen minutes. Very smooth service experience This is the second time I had my yearly maintenance with Audi Hoffman Estates. They now support online schedule and I did it within several clicks. The website is well designed and I can easily schedule a next day service. When I drove there, Eric gave a warm welcome and made everything smooth. He also helped to arrange a loan even I didn't make a reservation online. That did save me a lot of time and the maintenance was done even before I finish a cup of coffer after back from personal things. The whole experience is fantastic and I'm 100% sure I'll do my maintenance again there and certainly consider buying a new car there too. More

R8 Service For Climate Control System Called the dealership on the hottest day of the year because the climate control system refused to yield cold air. I dropped off the car the same day and received a very nice courtesy vehicle to use during the repair process. I was on my way in 15 minutes. Turns out the compressor needed replacement and the system refilled and leak checked. The car was delivered to me in immaculate condition. These guys are amazing. More
