I bought a European Delivery S4 from Schaumburg Audi, and it was S4 damaged in shipment to Chicago. Schaumburg Audi and Audi of America replaced the damaged S4 with a new one, at no cost to me. Most impressed that we did not have to deal with the business manager for the closing. Necko had all the paperwork done, efficiently and simplely. I can't speak enough about that! We had another appointment that evening and Necko made sure that we were able to close the deal and get out the door in time. We hated to rush, but were so impressed that he took consideration and made it work. What a pleasant experience for once! This was the total opposite of the experience we had several years ago with this dealer. We walked through the door and spent quite a bit of time in the showroom, but not one sales person approached us. We were basically snubbed for reasons that we could not understand. Upon leaving, we vowed never to return. What brought us back to the dealership was a close friend. It was probably one of the best car purchasing experiences that we have ever had. Also want to thank Cheryl Marks for her assistance and help in making this a great car-buying experience. She was was key in negotiating a fair price and very appreciative and friendly to us. We have been eyeing Audi's for many years and impressed with their quality and looks. It's great to now be an owner! Went to this dealer just by chance. Shopped other dealers first. Then one Saturday my wife and I were in the area and decided to stop in...very crowded. Couldn't get anyone's attention. I made an appointment to drive out on Friday night. Very glad I did. Great service from both Jim Coverliers and Jim Iverson. Fantastic price. Had Jim Coverliers do a locate on the A4 we wanted. It took about 4 days for our car to come in. Great car. Great Dealer. We bought a new car with a lot of new technology (MMI) Jim Coverliers took the time to get everything set up for us and spent time going through everything. Ed Stawiciki and the entire Service Staff at Schaumburg Audi does a good job. They are always friendly and know what they are doing. This time I had a flat tire, AAA came and put the spare on and then Au Audi does a good job. They are always friendly and know what they are doing. This time I had a flat tire, AAA came and put the spare on and then Audi Schaumburg took me that same day at my convenience to look at the tire(s). Last fall they told me that I would need new tires in the spring so when it was determined the tire could not be repaired I bought four new tires. They placed the tires on the car, balanced them, checked all the fluids and then washed the car. I was out of the dealership exactly when they told me I would be finished. More
